We welcome and appreciate your interest in Church of the Advent.

It is our hope this website will provide you with a meaningful description of our church, its mission, people and programs as well as the special surroundings in which we find ourselves in beautiful Madison, Georgia.

The Church of the Advent, while mid-sized in scope, is large in spirit, community and prayer as well as in its love for the Episcopal way of worship.

Our parish, which has more than 200 individual members representing a diverse demographic mix, is poised for growth – not only in membership, but also in adult and youth programs and in efforts to reach out to the community to help those in trouble or in need.

In the pages that follow, you will find a description of our parish the many elements that come together to make our church such a spiritual and special place in our hearts.
